ब्रिक्स (BRICS) मुख्य न्यायाधीशों के मंच को संबोधित करते हुए, CJI न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत ने समय पर न्याय, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मध्यस्थता और ब्रिक्स को ऐतिहासिक नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में विकसित करने पर जोर दिया।
भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI), न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत ने नई दिल्ली में ब्रिक्स (BRICS) मुख्य न्यायाधीशों के मंच पर सदस्य देशों और भागीदार देशों के प्रतिनिधिमंडलों को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने स्वस्थ असहमति की संस्कृति, समय पर न्याय वितरण और ब्रिक्स को ऐतिहासिक नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय (वैश्विक ज्ञान का बाधा रहित केंद्र) के जीवंत रूप में विकसित करने पर जोर दिया।

- वैश्विक न्यायिक नेतृत्व: इस सभा को ब्राजील के सुप्रीम फेडरल कोर्ट के अध्यक्ष लुइज़ एडसन फाचिन और चीन के मुख्य न्यायाधीश झांग जून सहित प्रमुख वैश्विक न्यायिक हस्तियों ने भी संबोधित किया।

Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant, addressed delegations from BRICS Member States and Partner Countries at the BRICS Chief Justices’ Forum in New Delhi. He emphasized the culture of healthy disagreement, timely delivery of justice, and envisioned BRICS as a living reflection of the historic Nalanda University—a barrier-free hub of global knowledge.
- International Mediation: With growing global trade, the CJI stressed the need for efficient, credible, and workable dispute-resolution mechanisms across diverse legal cultures.
- 'Mediation for the Nation': Highlighting India's domestic efforts, Justice Kant noted that the nationwide "Mediation for the Nation" initiative has successfully brought mediation into greater public and institutional focus.
