प्रो. के. राधाकृष्णन समिति की सिफारिशों पर अमल करते हुए, नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) ने संस्थागत ढांचे में बड़े सुधार के लिए 4 सीनियर जनरल मैनेजर और 16 यंग प्रोफेशनल्स की भर्ती के लिए विज्ञापन जारी किया है।

नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) ने जनरल मैनेजर के स्तर पर वरिष्ठ पेशेवर नियुक्तियों (senior professional appointments) के लिए विज्ञापन जारी किए हैं। इसके साथ ही, UPSC के 'प्रतिभा सेतु' (Pratibha Setu) पोर्टल के माध्यम से 16 यंग प्रोफेशनल्स की नियुक्ति भी शुरू की गई है। यह एजेंसी के संस्थागत पुनर्निर्माण (institutional rebuild) की दिशा में पहला ठोस कदम है।
📑 NTA कायाकल्प के मुख्य बिंदु:
- विशेषज्ञ समिति की सिफारिशें: भर्ती के ये सभी उपाय इसरो के पूर्व प्रमुख प्रो. के. राधाकृष्णन की अध्यक्षता वाली उच्च स्तरीय विशेषज्ञ समिति की सिफारिशों के अनुरूप लागू किए जा रहे हैं।
- चार 'जनरल मैनेजर' (GM) पद: NTA ने 3 साल के अनुबंध पर चार GM पदों को अधिसूचित किया है। इनमें GM (असेसमेंट रिसर्च और साइकोमेट्रिक्स), GM (टेस्ट सेंटर नेटवर्क और ऑपरेशंस), GM (सूचना सुरक्षा/साइबर सुरक्षा) और GM (सतर्कता, जांच और फोरेंसिक) शामिल हैं।
- यंग प्रोफेशनल्स पहल: NTA ने पहली बार युवा पेशेवरों (Young Professionals) को शामिल करने का फैसला किया है। आने वाले हफ्तों में विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा अनुशंसित 10 कार्यात्मक वर्टिकल (functional verticals) में और अधिक भर्तियां की जाएंगी।

Acting on the recommendations of the Prof. K. Radhakrishnan Committee, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a major institutional overhaul by issuing advertisements for Senior General Managers and 16 Young Professionals.
Governance & Education: NTA Begins Institutional Rebuild with Major Recruitment Drive
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued advertisements for a set of senior professional appointments at the level of General Manager, along with the engagement of 16 Young Professionals through the Pratibha Setu portal of the UPSC. This represents the first concrete step in the institutional rebuild of the agency.
📑 Key Highlights of the NTA Overhaul:
- Expert Committee Recommendations: These major recruitment measures are being strictly implemented in line with the sweeping recommendations of the High-Level Committee of Experts chaired by former ISRO Chief Prof. K. Radhakrishnan.
- Four General Manager Positions: The NTA has notified four GM positions on a 3-year contract. These include GM of Assessment Research & Psychometrics; GM of Test Centre Network & Operations; GM of Information Security (acting as Chief Information Security Officer); and GM of Vigilance, Investigation & Forensics.
- Young Professionals Initiative: For the very first time, NTA is engaging Young Professionals to bring fresh perspectives. Further recruitment across ten functional verticals will follow in the coming weeks.
