आयुष (AYUSH) मंत्री प्रताप राव जाधव ने रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह को पत्र लिखकर सैन्य (Military) और फील्ड अस्पतालों में आयुष-आधारित उपचार सेवाओं के विस्तार की वकालत की है। इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य 'सशस्त्र बल चिकित्सा सेवाओं' के मजबूत ढांचे में भारत की पारंपरिक चिकित्सा प्रणालियों को एकीकृत (integrate) करना है।
🏥 पहल के मुख्य आकर्षण:
- सैनिकों के लिए समग्र देखभाल: यह एकीकरण रक्षा कर्मियों (defence personnel) के लिए निवारक (preventive), संवर्धनात्मक और समग्र स्वास्थ्य सेवा को और अधिक मजबूत करने के लिए डिजाइन किया गया है।
- पारंपरिक चिकित्सा तक पहुंच: इन अस्पतालों में आयुष सुविधाओं के विस्तार से देश के सैनिकों को साक्ष्य-आधारित (evidence-based) पारंपरिक स्वास्थ्य प्रणालियों तक बेहतर और सीधी पहुंच प्राप्त होगी।
- संस्थागत सहयोग (MoU): आयुष मंत्रालय ने सभी आवश्यक तकनीकी सहायता और पेशेवर मार्गदर्शन देने के लिए पूरी तैयारी व्यक्त की है। उन्होंने इस पहल के सुचारू कार्यान्वयन की सुविधा के लिए एक औपचारिक समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर करने का भी प्रस्ताव दिया है।

AYUSH Minister Pratap Rao Jadhav has officially written to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, strongly advocating for the expansion of Ayush-based treatment services across Military and Field Hospitals. The initiative aims to integrate India’s traditional systems of medicine into the robust framework of the Armed Forces Medical Services.

- Holistic Care for Soldiers: The integration is designed to further strengthen preventive, promotive, and holistic healthcare for defence personnel, acknowledging the vital role played by military medical services.
- Access to Traditional Medicine: Expanding AYUSH facilities across these hospitals will provide the country's soldiers with greater and direct access to evidence-based traditional healthcare systems.
